		<description>I have used phplist in the past but it is a bit of a pain. It is feature rich including the ability to move users to different mailing lists (this was important for me because I wanted to move paying users from the basic newsletter to a premium paid membership newsletter).

I might try the feedburner newsletter idea. I wonder if it will be good enough though.
